Documentation / Content
Translations › Pages & posts lists every page, post and custom post type, with the state of each language.

- Filter by Kind of content or search by title.
- Each row shows the Type, when it was Changed, and a state for each language. Click a state to open the editor in that language.
- Translate opens the editor.
What is found on a page
SwiftLing opens the page in the background, as a visitor sees it, and lists every text on it: headings, paragraphs, buttons, links, alt texts, captions, SEO titles and descriptions, and the texts of forms and fields. That is why it works with the block editor, page builders and custom fields alike.
A page you never opened in the editor counts as not translated until you do.
Content types
On Settings › General › Content types you choose, for each kind of content:
- whether it is translated or Never translated (visitors see the original in every language; it is out of the lists and counts);
- what visitors see when a post is not translated into their language yet: Show it in the original language, or Hide it in that language (it leaves menus, lists, search and the switcher there, and opens as 404 by its address).
See General settings.
A page you can’t find
Only published content shows. A draft is listed once it is published.
