These terms apply to the purchase and use of SwiftLing Pro, sold by BBird, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Bruno Kos (“we”). Freemius is our reseller: it takes the payment, collects the VAT and sends the invoice, and its terms apply to the payment itself. The free plugin SwiftLing is licensed GPL-2.0-or-later and has no terms of sale.
1. What you buy
A licence to receive updates and support of SwiftLing Pro for one year, for the number of sites of the plan you chose:
- Pro: one site.
- Unlimited: any number of sites.
SwiftLing Pro works together with the free plugin SwiftLing, which you install separately. The code of SwiftLing Pro is licensed GPL-2.0-or-later, so the licence you buy is not permission to use the code, it is the right to updates and support, and the use of the licence key.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown per year and exclude VAT, which Freemius adds according to your country. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Renewal
The licence renews every year by itself, at the price shown at checkout. From the second year the renewal is 20% below the price of the first year. You can cancel the renewal in your Freemius account at any time before it is charged.
4. When the licence ends
If the licence is not renewed, SwiftLing Pro keeps working on your sites, and the translations you made stay. You stop getting updates and support. A trial or other limited licence may stop working when it ends, as its page says.
5. Refunds
See the Refund policy: 30 days, no questions asked.
6. Support
Support is described in the Support terms. We aim to reply within 24 hours, which is a goal and not a promise.
7. Translation services
SwiftLing Pro sends your texts to the translation service you connect, with your own key, only when you start a translation. The service bills you, and its terms and privacy policy apply. We are not a party to that and do not see your texts or your keys.
8. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your sites, their content and your backups, and for having the right to use a licence on the sites you add. Keep your licence key private. A key shared outside your business may be ended.
9. No warranty, and our liability
SwiftLing Pro is provided as it is. We work to keep it correct and secure, but we do not promise that it is free of errors, that it works with every plugin, theme or host, or that a translation made by a machine is right: machine translations must be read before they are trusted.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data, loss of profit or sales, downtime, or indirect damage that follows from using or not being able to use SwiftLing Pro, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

How we handle personal data is in the Privacy policy.
11. Changes
We may change these terms for future purchases and renewals. The version in force when you buy or renew applies to that purchase or renewal.
12. Law and court
Croatian law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Zagreb, Croatia. If a provision is invalid, the rest stays in force. Rights that the law gives a consumer stay as the law gives them.
